In plain words
About this service.
Energy attribute certificates let a company show that the electricity it uses comes from renewable sources. Each certificate stands for one megawatt-hour of renewable power, produced by a specific plant in a specific period.
We buy certificates that match your needs, by technology, country and vintage, and redeem them in your name. You receive a redemption statement you can use in your sustainability report and for Scope 2 reporting.
Where possible, we source certificates from new renewable plants in Africa, so your purchase also supports new clean capacity.
